Optical Assistant Position

This is a full-time Optical Assistant position working within a flagship practice in a busy Harrow location. The practice is a part of a larger independent group with several practices and more on the way. This company has gone from strength to strength in recent years and has continued ambitions to grow further. They are a high-end practice serving a mixed demographic of patients.
They are continually looking to grow their portfolio and with this in mind are in the process of opening three practices which gives anyone in their business plenty of scope for development.

*This role is mainly admin with cover dispensing duties.
*Ideal applicant will have strong admin skills and an eye for detail with can work without hand being held.

Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant

With this being one of their premier practices, you will help drive the practice working within the team offering a high-end level of customer service, you will also be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in dispensing as well as strong communication skills both with clients and colleagues.
You will lead from the front showing best practices and building relationships with patients.

Requirements of the Optical Assistant

To apply for this position, you will ideally have previous experience within an independent and be comfortable with high-end dispensing.
You will have a strong personal skill set including the ability to dispense to all levels, pre-screen and CL teach.
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy environment.

Compensation for the Optical Assistant
