The busy practice prides itself on being one of the primary care providers in the area and with 6 newly refurbished test rooms there is always support at every stage of an Optometrists career here whether you're newly qualified or have extensive experience. Further Clinical development is always actively encouraged and supported here including Independent Prescribing and you will get a real sense that the place wants you to progress on a long term basis in becoming the Optometrist you want to be.

With the practice being in Barnsley the transport links are very easily accessible and having the added benefit if travelling via train that the station is just a few minutes walking distance away from the practice. There is also additional links such as bus stops and parking again just minutes down the road too.

Key Duties

• Be an enthusiastic team player with an eagerness to drive business already ongoing success
• Always have enough time to ensure patients receive a personalised service
• 2 to 5 days a week required with some weekend work
• Usual working hours are 08:30am - 5:30pm
