Customer Service Manager

Store: Parkgate

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week (Weekend work is essential)

Salary: Competitive dependent on experience

Experience: Supervisory/Managerial experience preferred but not essential - Expert in Customer Service with the ability to delegate and motivate a team

As a Customer Service Manager at Specsavers youll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times.

Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.

With your previousexperience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like - youll manage day-to-day operations, supporting the smooth running of clinics and the shop floor.
