Exciting Independent Optometrist opportunity based in Bishop's Stortford offering a generous base salary starting from 45,000

With their ongoing success, this practice is looking for an Optometrist to join them as they are expanding to a larger practice to implement more clinics.

This practice offers extended test times of 45 minutes to allow for a more relaxed and pressure free working environment as well as a higher level of service to their fully private clientle.

There will also be many opportunities to get involved with additional specialist services such as private glaucoma services, and hospital based cataract assessments. The Director himself is also an experienced Optometrist with many further qualifications and is happy to provide training and support to also become further accredited

Based in a high street location, this practice is very easily commutable and close to many public parking spots

Key Duties

• General working hours include Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm with weekend work negotiable
• A highly clinical practice with no pressure on volume or meeting sales targets
• A minimum of 2 days work per week is required
• Confident testing eyes and able to provide a high quality care to patients

Package and Benefits

• Base salary 45,000-60,000
• GOC and AOP fees covered
• Statutory Pension Scheme
• 28 days holiday including bank
