Specsavers is moving into a BRAND NEW STORE, within Sainsburys in WORLE. The store will open mid-September, complementing our sister store in Weston-Super-Mare. We are, therefore, expanding the team and seek a forward-thinking Optometrist. We recognise that our people are the key to our success. With a focus on flexibility, we are open to full-time and part-time applicants and will consider any working pattern to suit you. So, whether you need condensed hours, alternate weekends or early finishes, were open to making it work but lets talk about that later.Our store will have the latest clinical technology, including OCT and NIDEK equipment. We currently offer enhanced clinical services including post-cataract care and enjoy a successful business relationship with the NewMedica Eye Clinic in Bristol. We always aim to be the very best we can be both clinically and in terms of customer service. Our experienced, diverse and friendly team are always on hand to offer support and take care of patients needs, meaning that as our new Optometrist, you can focus on offering a first-class sight test to ourvalued customers.
Our locationOur new store will be based within Sainsburys, Queensway; were close to the North Worle Shopping Centre with easy access to the M5 motorway (junction 21) and a 6-minute walk to the train station.
What were looking forYoull need to be a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with the drive, passion, and the willingness to build upon our customer-focused culture. As part of our team, youll need to be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. Youll need to demonstrate good attention to detail along with a passion for the community. Teamwork also forms a big part of our culture, so the ability to work well with others is essential.
