We are currently recruiting for full-time Optical Assistant roles in our new London stores. Our client was created to change the way people buy their glasses by rebuilding the entire experience. Key Responsibilities

Provide an amazing in-store customer experience

Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge as well as accurately explain features and benefits of lenses and frames

Carry out the dispensing following the optometrist’s recommendations

Oversee the complete lifecycle of orders and provide consistent after-sale assistance

Be the voice of the customer and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally

Be creative and constantly consider new ways to help us provide the best possible customer service

Convert customers into advocates for the client

Who You Are

You thrive in a multitasking environment and can organise your time efficiently

You believe in understanding a customer’s pain, building value, and solving problems

Essential Skills and Experience

• Relevant experience in practice as an optical assistant, however not essential
• Comfortable in a digital environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• 6 months min sales retail experience
• Able to speak with others on their level
