A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Dispensing Optician who wants to progress in their career and develop their optical and business skills. We are looking for someone who loves helping people to see clearly and look amazing in their new spectacles. Dispensing Optician – Requirements

• GOC registered
• Strong customer service ethos
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Proactive with great organisational skills
• Dedicated and flexible to meet demands of a growing business
• Be knowledgeable about lenses and frames, their background, features and benefits.
• Be able to recommend suitable products to customers and use the customers language to explain the features and benefits
• Check and fit spectacles to a high standard.
• Use your knowledge to a maintain high level of customer service in clinical dispensing.
• Take facial measurements on children and adults.
• Be aware of your own KPIs and be proactive in developing and maintaining them.
• Maintain a friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere in practice.
• Pro-actively remain up-to-date with your training and assignments.
• Work with the team to grow and develop the practices.
