About us

The Directors of the Clywd and Liverpool Specsavers Domiciliary business are on the hunt for a talented Receptionist to join there very busy and successful business. Its not all about having previous Receptionist experience for us, its about finding someone with first class communication skills, someone with energy and positivity as the successful candidate will be the first person our clients speak to when calling the office.

The Job

You will be supporting the clinical teams who are out in the field visiting patients and carrying out sight tests

in patients own homes. This can be because of patients mobility issues, mental health issues or disabilities. We are sometimes the only person that patient has seen all week, so we want to make sure we take the time to have a little chat with them as this can make all the difference to that patients day.

Not only will you be fielding calls to the correct person or department, but you could also be doing things like scheduling deliveries of glasses to go back to patients or chasing orders that are due back from the lab. Its a busy office, so if youre able to demonstrate your ability to work at pace and are PC literate, I would love to hear from you.

Whats in it for you?

Competitive salary which will depend on experience and a bonus scheme after probation
Opportunity to develop in a career within optics
Working in a varied role where no two days are the same
No working weekends
Working in a friendly environment
Full training will be provided.
