Call Centre Admin Assistant

Location: Stockport

Salary: DOE

Hours: 4 days per week (30.5), including 1 weekend day.

Training will be provided.

Were looking for someone to join our team as an Administrator and Call Centre Assistant.

In this role you will be our customers first point of contact when they call in. Youll therefore need to be a natural when it comes to customer care articulate, good with people and always happy to help.

In addition to basic clerical work, you will be required to organise the audiologists workload, deal with customers and be able to search information on numerous databases. You will be required to book and reschedule appointments over the phone and face to face.

Well also be looking for an organised approach, and a good standard of education in written English and Mathematic, and confidence with Microsoft Office.

Within this role youll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries.
