The role will be office based. The role isvery customer focussed as this is key to the success of our clinics. You will make and take calls from patients, care homes and 3rd parties and book, schedule and plan the clinics efficiently. Update patient records, arrange for deliveries of patients new glasses, liaise with the field based teams on a daily basis and ensure all of our customers feel listened to and are happy.
