• Up to £60,000 basic salary plus a performance-related bonus and a range of benefits incl. a car allowance/fully expensed company car and more
• A home-based role which includes a reasonable amount of travel to regional business and the organisation’s head office
• Play a key role in supporting this business in a number of ways including assisting new starters with training, audiologist recruitment, process improvement, and project work and proposals 
• It's an exciting opportunity to join an acquisition-led brand that brings together hearing care brands across the UK – you'll be responsible for identifying growth and expansion areas, improving several audiology businesses in the southern part of the country
• This business is currently going through an exciting phase of sustained growth, so the company is seeking a dynamic individual who is self-starting, comfortable handling multiple projects, and capable of taking ownership of KPIs and budgets (experience with Audiology is desired but not essential)
