Export Administrator and Account Manager jobs in the Midlands. Zest Optical are looking to recruit an Export Administrator to join a dynamic and busy export department, primarily responsible for coordinating orders, queries and shipping across 40+ countries
You will be supporting an international sales team with order processing/ shipping and export administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to work closely with the Export sales team and external warehouses, to help raising/releasing orders, creating and processing export documentation and communicating with all international customers.
- Organising Export documentation: COO, DOC's, Commercial invoices, Packing list's, country specific custom's paperwork
- Processing orders returns/credits via Sage
- Collating and processing export documentation
- Communicating and updating customers regarding order status
- Providing excellent customer service, checking data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support accounts by ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner
The successful candidate will have effectively demonstrated exceptional export administration duties, managed a high volume of customer orders, and effectively communicated directly with customers on a daily basis. In addition you will have solid experience of customer account management ideally within Export leading to an understanding of international documentation. You will be adaptable with good organisational skills and computer skills
