In Store Lab Technician

Are you passionate about creating quality products and creating joy for customers? We are looking for a glazing laboratory technician to join our retail team in store. In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in the manufacturing of eyewear to our high-quality standards and to the customer's prescription and needs.

From ensuring all laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated, to producing high quality eyewear for our customers, we'll look to you to maintain our high-quality standards and create joy in vision for our customers.

Using your knowledge and skills, you'll provide accurate and knowledgeable advice and guidance to meet each customer's specific needs by making recommendations including the selection and purchase of all types of eye-wear and eye care solutions. We're big on continuous improvement, which is why you'll be involved in shaping our success. We'll look to you to make recommendations for opportunities to improve our processes and ways of working.

About you

Previous working experience in a fast-paced production environment is not needed to join our retail team, however, have a good eye for detail along with manual dexterity due to the complexity of the work.
