Optometrist / Manchester / £60,000

The Company

A well known company in optics who have created a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere across all their practices. Known for being very well organised and their practice managers being able to relate to their optometrists as they all have a background of being dispensing opticians, they aren’t rushed and focussing too much on the commerciality of the industry. With many practices across the UK, they are excelling clinically and developing year on year, with new equipment, longer testing times and many other things.

The Position

We are seeking a strong and confident optometrist who can commit to a full time position. You would be a mobile optometrist working between a few of their stores, all based in Manchester (this will be discussed what locations work for you and them in the meeting) and expected to work most Saturdays. With each day being a different scenery there is a good variety to the role working with different teams but all knowing their roles and responsibilities. Each day you will be testing between 11-16 patients a day and be expected to build a strong rapport with the patients whilst giving an excellent service. Offering a salary up to £60,000 plus bonus, great pension scheme, 33 days holiday, fees covered and more.

The Location

The ideal location for the optometrist to be based is in Manchester and someone who is able to drive all within the area as you will be working between different location but all with in the city.
