Are you passionate about providing expert eyecare and delivering a genuine caring service? Our Pre-registration Optometrist development programme provides unrivalled training and support to help you become a successful Optometrist.
What can you expect from the role?

You will spend most of your day getting to know your customers, learning how to deliver a personalised and trusted eye test experience, and helping them get the right eyecare solutions for their needs. It is up to you to bring our brand to life in every customer interaction you have.
You can expect a busy environment, with a diverse patient base, where everyone is working towards the same goal and where our culture and values are at the heart of everything we do. Our Pre-reg development programme offers supportive supervisors and a professional development tutor alongside several training courses including a secondment to an eye hospital and a mock OSCE course.
About you
To join our 2024 Pre-registration development programme, you will need to be studying towards a degree in optometry and registered as a student with the GOC.
