Job Details
A specialist independent Opticians based in West Yorkshire (4 miles South West of Huddersfield) are looking for a Dispensing Optician work 3 or 4 days a week.
Dispensing Optician- Role
- Advanced independent which has won many awards
- 45-60 min testing time
- Brand new practice
- Latest dispensing equipment
- Specialist clinics - Colourimetry, Pears (WOMEC), GRR, OHT
- Occasional offsite work - All travel and accommodation costs covered
- Extra duties such as marketing and business development if desired
- Access to high quality frames and lenses
- Working 3 or 4 days a week including alt Sats. 9am to 5.30pm
- No Sundays or late nights
- Full time may be an option
- Annual CET training event for professional staff
- Professional fees paid
- Salary between 35-39K Pro Rata
Dispensing Optician - Requirements
- You must be a qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC to be considered for the role.
- At least 10 years experience
- Due to the nature of the practice an interest in music/musical instruments/live performances would be advantageous.
