Manager
Location: Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire
Salary:28,000 minimum starting rate, higher depending on experience - annual bonus paying between 1,500-2,000 based on performance
Working hours: 40 hours a week - weekend working required
Will support management courses such as ILM and our internal partnership programme, Pathway

Team size: 13 staff
Experience level: Previous Supervisor or Manager experience is required, optical experience preferred but not essential

As a Store Manager at Specsavers, youll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times.
Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.
With your optical experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like - youll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial & performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.
