Job Details
A patient focused independent Opticians based in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire are looking to recruit a full time Optical Assistant to join the team.
Optical Assistant - Role
- Single testing room independent Opticians
- Affluent village location
- Relaxed, patient focused environment
- Close knit team
- Varied role, assisting in all areas of the practice
- Specialist clinics - colourimetry, myopia management etc
- Niche range of frames to suit all budgets
- Freedom to work with different frame and lens manufacturer
- Full time role working 5 days a week including alternate Saturdays
- Working hours from 9am to 5.30pm (3pm on a Sat)
- No Sundays
- Salary between £16,000 to £26,000 DOE
- Potential on site accommodation as well
Optical Assistant - Requirements
- Previous experience of working within an Opticians
- Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients
- Maintain the high level of customer care expected by patients of the practice
- Ability to learn and want to develop
