This is a full time opportunity for a Qualified Dispensing Optician / Practice Manager to join this family-driven Optician who has built a reputation of quality and service in a well maintained, newly refitted practice.

They have been established for over 50 years and is very much a family feel environment and servicing a patient demographic of professional families, and high earners.
They have a reputation of looking after your whole family and offer the latest eyewear brands and lens technology available in the marketplace such as the latest range of on-trend glasses and sunglasses by designers such as Tom Ford, Oliver Peoples, Tiffany & Co, etc, and offer contact lenses and stock a wide range of lens types.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Practice Manager

You will have previous or present experience of working in an independent environment with the advantage of being in a more senior role.
You will manage the day to day operations with emphasis on the admin side of things. You will be doing a split role with dispensing playing an equal part to the Admin on a daily basis.
Because it only you and the owner / Optometrist, in their absence you will be working on your own and servicing dispenses on a walk-in basis unless pre-booked.

Requirements of the Qualified Practice Manager

At least five years of independent experience is desired for this role with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Full GOC registration up to date and CET requirements met is a must.

Compensation for the Qualified Practice Manager

For this role my client is offering a competitive basic salary dependent on experience + a strong bonus potential up to £35,000 per annum.
You will work full time with opening hours of Tue – Fri: 9.30 am – 5.30 pm & Sat: 9.30 am – 4.00 pm?
