We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Returns Administrator to join our Returns team here in our Warehouse based in Colwick, Nottingham. As a Returns Administrator you will be providing accurate and concise information to our customers and you will ensure the quality of calls and any communications with customers or suppliers is of the highest professional standard.

 

What can you expect from the role?

As a Team Leader - Returns you will be responsible for carrying out defined tasks within the Returns department, you will be Sorting and processing customer returns to ensure every customer returned order is checked and processed within agreed timelines whilst ensuring correct internal processes are followed. You will also be responsible for:

 

Recording and processing customer returned orders in line with internal processes and service level agreement. Liaising with customer service team to resolve queries, repairs promptly and on time and then record data accurately on to internal systems. Identifying and communicating any actual or potential problems, which may result in the workflow not being achieved within agreed service level targets.  Collaborating effectively as part of a wider team to identify opportunities for improvement throughout the process

We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, a confident approach to dealing with customer queries and the ability to solve problems proactively. You will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft products.
