We are currently working with a unique designer independent Opticians located in Lincoln. They have a fantastic Optometrist vacancy and are happy to speak with professionals who are interested in full or part time opportunities.
The practice have a unique concept and a single goal; to restore the image of eye and hearing care and revive lost values by running a business that embodies; a love of beautiful products, fine craftsmanship and workmanship, excellence and creativity and whose customers enjoy the best care at very reasonable prices.

Key Advantages
- Basic salary of up to £70,000 + bonus
- Flexible 30 minute testing times with additional time between appointments
- Working within a brand new, stylish practice with the latest state of the art technology and equipment including; OCT, Optomap, auto-refractor, auto-phoropter and more, with a fully computerised management system
- All their eyewear collections are exclusive to the practice, to create unique and elegant collections they select the finest materials that they work with delicacy to bring out all their shine
- The practice has 2 very spacious test rooms and are currently running 1 sight clinic and 1 hear care clinic a day
- Your day to day work will be varied as the practice grows, this will allow you to have more of a voice and become involved in training, marketing and business development, if you are interested
- Weekend flexibility is available offering you a better work life balance
- Being part of a friendly, close-knit team of experienced optical professionals who are all passionate about optometry
- Short and long term clinical training and development available including financial support towards independent prescribing qualification
- Potential long term partnership opportunity giving you the ability to increase your financial earnings as the practice grows
Details and requirements
- Practice opening hours: Monday - Saturday (09:00am - 17:30pm)
- Full or part time position considered
- Weekend flexibility availabe
- Eligibility to work in the UK and GOC Registered
Salary and benefits
- Basic salary of up to £70,000 + bonus
- Pension + all professional fees paid
- 25 days holiday + 8 BH (33 in total)
