Juul & Payne Advanced Eyecare is looking for a full-time Optical Assistant / Receptionist to join our close-knit, experienced and friendly team. The role involves carrying out a range of patient facing tasks including:

* Booking eye examinations & other eyecare appointments

* Ordering contact lenses and solutions

* Dealing with patient telephone & email queries

* Carrying out other related activities using our fully computerised Patient Management System.

Previous experience in such a role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. If you have some experience in either Social Media / Patient communications or managing supplier invoices / statements that would be an advantage. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people.
