Zest Optical are working alongside a global leader in the eyewear / optical market to recruit a HR System Specialist to support in their continued growth.

This role has been introduced as an addition to the existing HR team, supporting with the existing daily functions whilst also developing the time & attendance system across 220+ stores spanning throughout the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark whilst also supporting with the existing daily functions of the HR Team.

It presents a unique opportunity to develop a wealth of experience in a full 360 role within a global brand.

HR System Specialist - Role

  • Responsible for all general system support (KRONOS & SAP HR) functions, acting as the main point of contact for retail HR
  • Specialist project work centred on Time & Attendance system across all stores.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations and IT teams to identify and drive workforce improvement initiatives
  • Use data and key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend action plans as necessary

HR System Specialist - Requirements

  • Prior experience as a System Specialist
  • Retail exposure will be seen as a benefit
  • Strong knowledge of project & people management
  • Ability to analyse and improve systems & current processes

HR System Specialist - Package

  • Base salary up to £35,000
  • Benefits package including a variety of different incentives
  • Hybrid working model with 2 days at home and 3 days in their London office
