Digital Delivery Project Manager (Mat Leave Cover)

Job Description

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Digital Delivery Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The Digital Delivery Project Manager is the heart of the Digital & ecommerce team and is a key part to keeping the focus and momentum going while enabling a team of skilled people to deliver real value.

What can you expect from the role?

As a Digital Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of all digital and web development projects. Working closely and collaborating with all personnel across Grand Vision and cross functional Vision Express teams.This role also oversees and resolves ecommerce and content issues & change requirements from customer service.

The main responsibilities of a Digital Delivery Project Manager include improving UX, content, marketing and ecommerce performance, high-level project briefing, sign offs, and escalating for the digital team in occurrence of issues. This position also takes the responsibilities of proactively translating digital insights (incl. a/b testing, surveys, marketing, appointment booking, product, and ecommerce) into web development projects to assist the Head of Digital in driving the strategy and project planning and execution, and also the planning of smaller scaled BAU projects/tasks.
