Job Details
We are currently looking for an Optical Assistant Manager to join lovely high street opticians based in Northfield, Birmingham.
The directors of the practice are looking to create a patient centred environment where the team can enjoy themselves whilst developing their careers.
Assistant Manager - Role
- Working in the high quality team with the focus on customer care
- Support the wider team, training them to offer quality customer service that reflects their values
- Full time position - 5 days a week including weekends
- Focus on the customer experience
- Busy practice with plenty to do
- 28 days holiday
- No late finishes
- Salary up to £24,000
Assistant Manager - Requirements
- Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients.
- Be able to develop and maintain a reputation for high quality customer care
- Ability to learn and want to develop
- Self-motivated
- Hungry to learn
