Domiciliary Optical Assistant - Weston-Super-Mare

Overall Salary and Benefits Package of 30,000

Working 4 or 5 days per week - Optical Assistant Required

Role: Domiciliary Optical Assistant
Location: Weston Super Mare
Salary: 20-24k depending on experienceplus a fully expensed company car and excellent bonus scheme (average bonus is 250 per month but can be as much as 450 per month)
Working hours: Full Time (40 hours) Monday to Friday or 4 days per week

Experience level: You MUST have previous optics experience and hold a valid driving license

In this position you will be out and about in the community, driving across the regions noted above. Your main responsibility will be to provide support to the Optometrist when visiting patients in their own homes. This will include setting up testing equipment, carrying out handovers with the optometrist and being able to provide a personalised dispensing service to each patient you meet.

Customer care is high on our agenda, so you must love optics and love dealing with the more vulnerable customers.
