• A highly results driven Audiologist/RHAD position where you have your own freedom to take the reins with consultations to alter and adapt them to best meet client needs in order to offer the best service through excellent after-care and customer support
• From the very outset you will receive industry leading induction and ongoing training coupled with high levels of professional freedom and choice of products from leading aid manufacturers
• You'll be situated in a modern clinic with state-of-the-art leading-edge technology that will allow you to work in a fast paced environment alongside like-minded, highly trained and enthusiastic health care professionals
• In return for your services is a highly rewarding package including a market leading basic salary ensuring 40,000 - 45,000 in guaranteed income, generous commission schemes including a superb company care or car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank and private healthcare cover amongst more

Key Duties

• Varied and engaging clinic a filed based hybrid role covering Harrow and the nearby areas within 1 hour commute from your home
• Monday-Friday working 9am-5pm with no weekend work allowing a flexible work life balance
• Ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to a fully private client base operating usually within 1 hour testing slots for full consultations
• You will be using cutting-edge technology within Audiology to provide bespoke hearing solutions to your clients
• Opportunity to train and provide wax removal services
• Maintain the company's excellent reputation in the market by upholding their values and providing exceptional service and after-care
• Operate as part of a team of dedicated hear care professionals

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• You must be registered with the HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or eligible to register
• Full UK driving licence
