Part-time Optometrist Job, Waltham Cross J166220

A rare, new opportunity has just become available for an Optometrist to join an established independent practice based near Waltham Cross on a part-time basis for 2 days a week.

There are 2 days available working on Mondays & Saturdays with core working hours of 9am-5:30pm and a shorter day on Saturdays.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an Optometrist who is keen to take a step away from retail driven practices, as the practice places an emphasis on utilising the latest technology including OCT & a fully paperless records system.

You will join a well-established and renowned practice where you will work closely alongside the owners to further their reputation as the Opticians of choice in the area.

Key Duties

• Part-time role working 2 days a week
• Mondays & Saturdays available with a shorter day Saturdays
• 30 minute testing times
• Practice continuously invests in cutting edge technology including OCT, Tonometer & a paperless system amongst more
• Established and renowned practice with a loyal patient base which continues to grow
• Clinically focussed with low sales pressure/commercial targets
• Owners truly believe in running an opticians that builds close relationships with patients and staff to achieve a more long term goal
• Experienced team to support you in your role

Package and Benefits

• Very competitive salary between 40,000 - 50,000+ (pro-rata)
• Pension scheme

• Low pressured role with minimal KPI's

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• GOC registered as an Optometrist
• Right to work in the UK
