Customer Communications / Admin Assistant

Location: Watford

Hours: Full Time - from 30 - 45 hrs (worked over 5-6 days) - Saturday working included

Salary: Dependent on experience + store Bonus after successful probation

This role will be based between Admin & Call Centre


For our stores to run like clockwork and keep our patients at the heart of everything we do, we need sound support behind the scenes and thats where you come in.

So, what does it take to be a successful Admin Assistant? Youll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration, answering & transferring calls, updating & filing records, processing invoices and sending out correspondence. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the stores success.

Were looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people& a willingness to help - a friendly and professional approach is essential. You should be able toprioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, pro-active approach is key a skilled Administrator whos flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.
