Work from Home Opportunity
Role: Administrator / Scheduler in Optics
Location: Once weekly visit to office in Barnet is required
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (times of work to be agreed) but ideally 1 full day on a Monday and 4 hours each on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday around 20 hours a week.
Term: Zero- hour contract with potential of becoming permanent in the future.
Hourly rate of pay is 9.61
This is a great opportunity for someone with optical experience or a student with optical skills that is perhaps looking for a job over the summer. You will be responsible for calls coming into the business from our domiciliary customers. You will also be processing and updating all associated administration and checking customers orders that need to be delivered to our patients. You may be checking deliveries, chasing orders on behalf of our customers or updating patients records, it is a varied role.
