Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

Are you a HCPC registered Audiologist looking to join a well established practice with a strong audiology patient base?

MUST BE HCPC REGISTERED AND HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE.

A very exciting opportunity has become available for a Qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser on a permanent basis in the Southampton area.
You will be working with a small team managing hearing clinics across one or two branches and providing excellent care to the existing and future customer base. You will be working towards targets and offering support to fellow colleagues while also still being heavily involved in the growth of the Hear Care department.

Responsibilities of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
You will be working in a single/ 2 practices in your area, running regular hearing clinics. As this hearing practice currently have a number of clinics per week they are looking to continue the growth and development of Hear Care both locally and nationally.
There is a genuine opportunity to become a key player in this growth offering further development and long term career progression.

Requirements of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
” Must be a qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
” A friendly and personable demeanour and strong/driven personal work ethic
” A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike

Compensation for the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
” up to £40,000 package.
” Company Car / Car allowance
” Uncapped market leading bonus scheme
