Swords Eye Centre is an independently owned Optician practice located in Swords North County Dublin. We've been in business since 1999 and have successfully grown the business to what it is today.
You will be working alongside a passionate team of 8 delivering the best optical advice, service and customer care and have a great time doing it!
The requirements are:
- Liaise with optometrists to ensure the highest quality of dispensing is maintained
- Examine the client journey from start to finish, streamline and standardise
- Motivate and lead staff and including staff training and hold regular staff meetings
- Set and track KPIs
- Set and keep the highest standards across the business
- Introduce and implement improvements across the business
- Drive growth in the business
- Oversee daily operations and processes
