Qualified Dispensing Optician Position

An opportunity has just become available for a commercially-driven Qualified Dispensing Optician with experience working in a high volume practice.
I am recruiting currently for one of the UK’s most trusted optical brands that have an opening due to them increasing their dispensing team.

The practice is in the busy East London area with a demand they are finding hard to service.
They have a strong loyal customer base made up of a good mix of private and NHS patients. The team in place, who all work for each other to deliver the highest levels of service and pull together to maintain the reputation of the practice and group.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

You must be sales-driven and success being second nature.
You will be in the driving seat in terms of the whole dispensing team, using all your knowledge and skills to guide the juniors to make the right recommendations without compromising the integrity of the practice and business.
Because of your level, you will be part of the senior team and as such have a say in how the practice moves forward and ultimately the successful the practice is.

Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

At least 1 year of qualified experience with a hunger to achieve results and a strong personal work ethic.
The director of this practice likes ambitious people and offers progression opportunities leading to Management opportunities and further to enhance your career.

Compensation for the Qualified Dispensing Optician

For your drive and passion, my client is offering more than the competitive salary of up to 36k basic and an uncapped bonus scheme with additional benefits.
