A family run independent Opticians based in Wednesbury, West Midlands are looking for a full time Opticians Practice Manager to lead the team.
Practice Manager - The Role
- Community based independent
- Mixed patient base
- Two testing rooms
- Runs 8-10 clinics a week
- Optix software
- Managing a team of 5-6 people
- Hands on in all areas of the practice
- Focus on the customer experience
- Excellent selection of stylish frames
- Assist in growing and developing the business
- Full time - 5 days a week including Saturdays
- Working hours between 9am to 5pm
- No Sundays or Bank Holidays
- Salary between £22,000 to £24,000 plus bonus
- 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays and birthday
- Further training available
Practice Manager - Requirements
- Previous experience of working within an Opticians
- Supervisory or Team Leader experience would be an advantage
- Perfect for someone looking to take their first step into management as you will have plenty of support and training
- Passionate about optics
- Hungry to learn
- Self-motivated
- Focus on customer service
