To support the People Department with all administrative tasks and queries.Responsibilities of the HR Administrator: To achieve positive working relationships by being an excellent communicator between the practices and central support, using multiple forms of communication including; emails, phone calls, face to face. To provide administration to the People Department, such as; scanning, filing, congratulations, data input and maintaining records. To ensure all employee lifecycle administration is accurately completed in a timely manner. Update HR System to provide people data. Dealing with payroll queries & basic processing of payroll administration.
