This superb award-winning employer are keen to engage with aspiring Audiologists or RHADs who want to develop within the hearing care industry beyond the normal clinical, commercial or managerial routes and instead focus on developing the skill sets teams of Audiologists utilising state of art hearing aid and training technology and techniques.

NB, no prior training experience is needed but it is essential to have great enthusiasm about our client's superb service offering as is an ability to engage other clinicians.

Key Duties

• Provide training and support to health care professionals utilising our client's product range both in person and remotely
• Develop training materials and ensure follow up of completed training to ensure its successful implementation in practice
• Work from home 3 days per week with 2 days visiting various clinics within the Kent region so flexibility to travel and potential to undertake occasional overnight stays away from home is needed

• Base salary guaranteed 40,000 + 5,000 car allowance

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• HCPC or RCCP registration required
• Open to all levels of experience but must feel confident to engage other experienced clinicians so 1/2 years post qualified experience is likely to be preferred
• Full drivers licence needed
• Right to work in UK required
• Full time role mid-week only
• Must be happy working with technology
