Our Optometrists are an integral part of our store management team, so were keen to get you up to speed outside the test room too. With ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway) all available to explore. Along with your clinical expertise this will stand you in good stead if you choose to become a store director yourself one day.

Our location

This position is located on the outskirts of the vibrant harbour city of Galway. With excellent transport links, its not uncommon for people to commute from far and wide. Theres something here for everyone: from shops, bars and restaurants to museums and parks for families to enjoy. As an Optometrist in Galway, your client base will be very diverse but with plenty of familiar faces of course.
