Qualified Dispensing Optician Position

I am recruiting for a Qualified Dispensing Optician for a role with a very well-established multiple practice in the West London area.
This is a permanent full-time position working 5 days between Mon-Sat with a day off in the week.
*Opening hours are 9-5:30 Monday to Saturday with a 45-minute lunch break.
This busy family-orientated practice has an excellent reputation built up over many years.
They have a wide range of high-end and luxury products and offer personal and professional service. The store is well equipped and always kept immaculately clean and tidy.

The team in place has all been with them for many years and this is the first recruitment they have undertaken in many years.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

In this role, you will dispense spectacles to all levels, conduct pre-screening tests, and undertake contact lens teaches. As well as these clinical duties, you will be part of the more senior team and as a consequence, take on some responsibility of training and mentoring the junior team members. There is also a certain amount of admin work involved to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

The ideal candidate for this position will be hardworking and dependable. You will have a friendly and professional personality that customers warm to. You will also have a strong personal skill set and will be looking to increase your optical knowledge.
*There is a minimum of three years’ experience-qualified status required to apply for this role.

Compensation for the Qualified Dispensing Optician
