Our clients' well performing, quality opticians are looking for a knowledgeable and autonomous Optical Practice Manager who has the ability to naturally drive and inspire an already motivated team. You will benefit from having the support of a solid team of permanent professionals to help you achieve your goals in the form of an assistant manager and multiple supervisors.
The owners of this store are looking to you to come in and build on the already existing success of the store and work with them and the wider team to help maintain standards whilst also building on them at the same time.
This is a role where no day is the same and your ability to hold everything together and have the team moving in the same direction is key if the store is to maximize its potential. If you are a knowledgeable Optical Manager with a proven record of accomplishment, who is looking to step up to a new and rewarding challenge, then this is worth considering.
Suitable?
This is an ideal position of an experienced Dispensing Optician with a strong commercial mindset. You will need to possess strong communication skills with a proven track record in people management, ensuring you are able to lead, motivate and guide the team.
