An exciting company is looking to recruit Dispensing Optician/Manager and a Optical Assistant/Assistant Manager, to join their new practice in Luton.
This modern and future focussed employer is looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the success and growth of their company.
You'll be working out of a newly built practice, fitted with the latest technology. The practices are designed to be as sleek as possible.
Both roles are open to all levels of experience, and previous managerial experience is not essential, as excellent training will be provided.
Along with a very competitive salary and bonus, there are also a variety of different routes for career progression including directorship.

Key Duties
Package and Benefits
- Guaranteed basic salary of 35,000+ for Dispensing Optician/ Manager
- Excellent bonus scheme taking manager total earnings realistically up to 50,000
- For Assistant Manager/Optical Assistant a guaranteed salary of up to 24,000 plus bonus scheme
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
- No Sundays, Evenings or Bank Holidays
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- GOC qualified Dispensing Optician desired
- Right to work in the UK
- Optical experience desired
