My client is a director of a very successful multiple practice in the Worcestershire area with their main focus is and always been the quality of the customer journey and with this in mind they now require a newly qualified/ experienced optometrist who can grow with the practice.
They have a close knit feel and care all working towards keeping up the success of the practice.

Optometrist Position

This is a full time opportunity with a market leading opticians in a prime location in the Warwick area.
This practice is situated in a lovely town and benefits from being the opticians of choice for the local community. They require a newly qualifiedor experienced optometrist who has experience of working in a busy practice and team environment and can deliver on conversions and clinical excellence. The role required a 25 minute tester or on the way to achieving this and comfortable doing contact lens work.

Responsibilities of the Optometrist

The role will be delivering eye tests to a high standard with some contact lens work undertaken. You will be expected to make recommendations to patients and complete professional and accurate handovers to the support team.

Requirements of the Optometrist

You will be GOC registered and full CET accredited and happy to test to 25 minutes and have sound clinical skills and strong commercial awareness.
They are open to any levels of experience as it is more about your commercial awareness and clinical skills. You will have a friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

Compensation for the Optometrist

My client is offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000, bonus and additional benefits. You will also have the opportunity for ongoing personal development.
