Role: Administration / Scheduling Assistant
Location: Worthing
Full Time - Working between Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Competitive

Due to more growth in this business, the Partners Mel and Sanveer are looking for another person to come and join them at this exciting time.

This is a fast paced position where the phones are busy with patients looking to book appointments with us, so you need to be able to work at pace and take things in your stride. The successful candidate will also plan clinics and schedules for the clinical teams as well as the deliveries of optical prescriptions to customers. You need to have a real attention to detail, to be able to multitask and posses excellent administration skills, as this will assist the smooth day to day running of the business. You must be PC literate and have an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to communicate with customers at all levels and have a can do attitude.

This role would ideally suit either from a call centre background who can handle volume calls or someone from a retail background with a passion for customer care.
