Zest Optical have an exciting opportunity in one of London's most exclusive department stores for an Assistant Manager to join them in their state of the art optical department.
The optical superstore houses a huge range of the most sought after brands in the industry and the latest in optical testing equipment.
Assistant Manager - Role
- Top performing store
- Head count - 15-20 People

- Help lead store team to deliver the brand story and customer experience through effective people management
- Create an engaging and positive working environment linked to the company culture
- Support the Store Manager to ensure top levels of customer service
- Ensure all KPI targets & expectations are delivered
- Introduce and implement new ideas to help drive the business forward
Assistant Manager - Requirements
- Extensive optical knowledge
- Management or supervisory experience
- Happy to work some late nights on a rota basis (opening hours from 10am to 10pm)
- Hold the drive to develop yourself, the team around you and overall business
- Excellent communication skills
Assistant Manager - Package
- Base salary up to £32,000
- Lucrative bonus scheme
