Salary between 17,000 20,000 per annum, depending on experience
Full Time -40 hours (Weekend working is essential)

Were looking for someone to join our Hearcare team as an Administrator.
In this role you will be our customers first point of contact when they call in. Youll therefore need to be a natural when it comes to customer care articulate, good with people and always happy to help.
In addition to basic clerical work, you will be required to organise the audiologists workload, deal with customers and be able to search information on numerous databases. You will be required to book and reschedule appointments over the phone and face to face.
Well also be looking for an organised approach, and a good standard of education in written English and Mathematic, and confidence with Microsoft Office.
Within this role youll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, and maintain Hearcare accessories and aids displays. You will also need to give good clear advice to customers on how to look after and clean their hearing aids. Not worked with hearing aids before? Dont worry! We will teach you everything you need to know about hearing aids.
