Call Centre/Admin Assistant

Location : Uxbridge, London

Working Hours: Full time, 40hrs ( Weekend work is essential)

Salary: DOE

Looking for something new and a varied role?

We are looking for someone who is Customer Focused with Specsavers Admin experience.

Great customer and admin skills.

What the role involves:

  • Clinical triage of all appointments booked to assess remote or face to face consultation.
  • To ensure all customers visiting the store are aware of our Covid safety measures.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls to our call centre
  • Administrative duties including checking emails, advising on status of orders, ordering store consumables, preparing orders to be sent via DX and ensuring NHS submissions are accurate before claiming.
