Job Title: Hearcare Manager
Location: Cambridge

Overview
The Hearcare Clinic and Compliance Co-ordinator will assist the Store Directors and Management Team in the effective running of all Hearcare clinics, administration operations within the Specsavers Cambridge Hub & Spoke stores. The Hearcare Clinic and Compliance Manager is responsible for the effective running of the daily operations of Hearcare clinic rotas, administration operations and keeping customer service levels high. They provide administrative support and oversee the training and onboarding of new Hearcare staff members, liaise with patients and audiology clinicians and coordinate patient/clinician diaries over the hub and spoke locations.
This role will be based between our hub store in Cambridge and working from home, it will primarily be Monday to Friday although very occasionally weekends may be required.
Required competencies
- Experience successfully working in an administrative setting
- Previously experience managing in a Heath care setting
- Exceptional administrative, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and clinicians
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
Hearcare Clinic Co-ordinator role
Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
Act as a liaison between patients, their families and clinicians
Coordinate the quarterly clinical and peer to peer audits (with the Clinical Lead) and annual employee appraisals (with the Directors) and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with Specsavers and BSHAA/BAA operating guidelines.
