An exceptional opportunity has just become available for a Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Assistant to join a well-established and highly respected fully independent practice in a management role based near Stanmore near North London on a full or full-time basis.

The priority is to deliver exceptional customer service within a practice that is highly regarded by the community it serves, maintaining high standards to continue their ongoing success while introducing ideas to take the practice to the next level.

You will be either a qualified Dispensing Optician or comfortable Dispensing at all levels as this is a role multifaceted role where you will dispensing alongside taking responsibility for overseeing practice operations when business owner is not on site..

On offer is a market leading package where you will receive a strong basic salary, bonus based upon practice profits and only half days required no Saturday ensuring superb work life balance.

Key Duties

• Rare opportunity to manage a well-established independent practice
• Multifaceted role where you will be managing alongside dispensing within the practice as required
• High end products including designer frames and lenses to cater to an affluent patient base
• Far more relaxed working environment where the priority is maintaining the practices good reputation and delivering exceptional patient care over making a quick sale
• Working hours 9:00am - 6pm Monday to Saturday 9am - 1:30pm with a day off in the week been
• Excellent training and mentoring provided if not already experienced in management

• Negotiable basic salary up to circa 30000 depending upon experience

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered with the GOC as a Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Assistant capable of dispensing at all levels
• No management experienced required but should be responsible candidate confident to work closely with business owner
• Right to work in the UK
