A fantastic opportunity for an Optometrist to join a highly regarded, clinically focussed independent practice based in Warwickshire.

Gray Opticians is a fully independent, welcoming practice in Rugby, Warwickshire with a reputation for the highest levels of patient care.

To help achieve this, we have retinal photography with overlay facility, Heidelberg Spectralis OCT, NCT with autopachymetry, Thomson Test charts and Humphrey VFA. We participate in enhanced services in the local area, which currently include a MECS scheme and post op cataract assessment.

We do, however, allow ourselves to be rather old-fashioned about our patients. They’re a name to us, not a number. They appreciate that we talk to them about any changes with their eyes and take time to explain all our results in a way that they will understand. Our professional staff recommend products that will suit them best and allow them to choose according to their lifestyle and budget.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing the best possible care and the ability to communicate well with our patients, a proactive approach to refining their skills, and a willingness to be a team player. The position would suit all levels of experience. You will be joining a friendly, professional, and supportive team of Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians, Dispensing and Optical Assistants providing excellent clinical care to our valued and loyal patients.
