Job Details

Do you enjoy creating a unique experience for your customers? We are looking for a customer services advisor to join our Customer Service contact centre. If you don’t have previous optical experience, not to worry as we can provide you with all the training and support that you need to be successful.

As a customer services advisor we will look to you to create a personalised experience for each of our customers through supporting their needs, whether that is answering their queries by telephone, email, social media or booking appointments.

About you

 

Previous optical experience is not needed to join our customer services team, however previous experience in a customer facing role with a passion for creating a unique customer experience is beneficial.

 

Our fast-paced contact centre is open 7 days a week to support both our customers and colleagues.
