Optical Lab Manager - Telford

Up to £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Full Time - 40 hours (Weekend work is essential)
Must have optical lab experience

You'll be managing the lab team to the highest standards, ensuring the leadership vision in the lab is in line with the stores and Specsavers visions and values, taking control of training and supporting staff, and providing the highest quality glazing service to the stores in order to achieve maximum sales and profitability.

An eye for detail is a must. You should also be good with people and able to work as part of a team. You’ll be friendly and organised too, presenting a professional image to customers at all times. Most importantly to be an ambassador for the Specsavers brand at all times.
